We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please note that order processing time is separate from the shipping transit time. You will receive a confirmation email
containing tracking information once your order has shipped.
b. Shipping Rates & Methods
- Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: We offer standard shipping within the United States. Shipping costs are
calculated at checkout based on order weight, shipping distance, and selected shipping method. - Free Shipping Threshold (If Applicable): We may provide free standard shipping for orders above
a specified total. The eligibility threshold will be indicated at checkout. - Expedited Shipping: If you need your order sooner, please choose an expedited shipping option at
checkout (if available), which will incur additional charges.
c. Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times (after order
processing) range from 2-7 business days for standard shipping and 1-3 business days
for expedited shipping. Please keep in mind that unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier delays) may affect
delivery timelines.
d. International Shipping (If Applicable)
If you offer international shipping, include relevant details here. Otherwise, you can note that at this time, we do
not ship outside the U.S.
e. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number
to track your package on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
f. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
Nature’s Fungi is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. However, if your package is missing or arrives
damaged, please contact us at the email or phone number below, and we will do our best to assist. We recommend filing
a claim directly with the carrier for faster resolution.
2. Return & Refund Policy
a. Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or
exchange of most unopened and unused products within 30 days of receipt. Please note that certain
items (such as perishable goods or final sale items) may not be eligible for returns or refunds.
b. Return Process

your return. - Obtain Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions if your return is approved. - Package the Items: Safely pack the items in their original packaging (if possible) and clearly
label the package with the RMA number. - Ship the Items: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our
error (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return
is received.
c. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take
additional time for the credit to appear on your statement. - Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.
d. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above. Once your return is received and approved,
we will process an exchange order. Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanged items unless the exchange is
due to our error.
e. Damaged or Defective Items

description of the issue. We will work with you to replace the product or issue a full refund.
